I did online therapy with Torden CBT in June and found out I was experiencing OCD. I am quite an awkward person and had never had therapy before, however Sarah made me feel very at ease and helped me understand what was happening for me, why I was having intrusive thoughts and how to face my problems head on. I feel like I can now breath and I can’t explain how grateful for that I am.

Sarah at Torden CBT has shown me where my anxiety was coming from and what was keeping it going, giving me the tools to face into it rather that be afraid of it. I now know when my body is reacting physically to worry why this is and why it is not a danger to me. I even went on my first plane journey in 10 years!

The flexibility of the appointment times were very convenient after and i was given times which best suited me and my schedule. I also felt like I could be open without feeling judged - this opening up was also not rushed at all happened at my own pace which was very nice

I enjoyed the sessions as though they were often about serious topics, I felt like I could enjoy myself and not feel suffocated.

Well structured sessions, Sarah had a very gentle and patient approach with my daughter which enabled her to connect with her early on and helped her to feel comfortable talking about how she felt.
